Infrastructure Administrator

The Infrastructure Administrator works onsite in Shaker Heights, OH, on a 40-hour onsite work week. Compensation is not specified. The role supports Wingspan Care Group’s IT environment, which enables its partner agencies to focus on their missions and deliver direct services. This position maintains the availability, performance, and security of infrastructure systems across the organization. Through administration, project work, and Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, it helps keep technology services reliable for internal teams and partner agencies.

What you'll do

• Manage daily operations, performance, and availability of infrastructure systems
• participate in infrastructure design, build, testing, and maintenance
• administer Microsoft enterprise services including Microsoft 365, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, Intune, and Purview
• support VMware and Extreme Networks LAN, SD-WAN, and WLAN environments
• contribute to data standards, retention, and backups
• document systems
• resolve Tier 2 and Tier 3 incidents and support Tier 1 teams
• manage some infrastructure projects
• maintain security and compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

Why this role

Requires Microsoft Operating Systems experience. A four-year Computer Science degree is preferred; an associate degree with an advanced network certification and 5–10 years of experience may be considered. Emergency availability on a 24x7 schedule; overtime and weekend work may be required.
