The Executive Director oversees daily community operations, resident care and service, financial performance, regulatory compliance, employee and resident engagement, and community relationships. The role coordinates department leaders and clinical leadership to maintain resident-focused care while supporting occupancy, admissions, and operational goals.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day operations of the 33-bed community
• build relationships with residents, families, team members, and community partners
• mentor department leaders
• develop and manage operating budgets
• monitor census, occupancy, and revenue goals
• support admissions and census growth
• maintain regulatory compliance and survey readiness
• lead QAPI initiatives
• support employee engagement and resident satisfaction
• develop referral relationships and support marketing.
