What you'll do

• Manage budgets, P&L statements, quality control, staffing, training, assignments, and timecards
• conduct quality inspections with site supervisors or customers
• determine staffing levels within budget
• train and manage janitorial staff and assign shifts and areas
• respond to customer concerns and ensure resolution
• onboard and train new employees
• address employee relations and performance issues
• maintain cleaning supplies inventory
• respond to calls when needed
• enforce safety policies and investigate accidents
• work Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM.
