What you'll do

• Provide field leadership and operational oversight across business units and transfer stations
• lead initiatives focused on efficiency, compliance, service performance, cost control, and productivity
• monitor safety, DIFOT, missed service rates, route adherence, fleet utilization, and labor productivity
• implement initiatives with ownership, timelines, and accountability
• support new business integration, route launches, fleet deployments, technology implementations, and site startups
• partner with Fleet, Safety & Compliance, Finance, People & Culture, and Customer Service.
