What you'll do

• Provide friendly guest service
• package and label meat products accurately
• assist with product selection, custom cuts as applicable, and cooking recommendations
• stock, rotate, and face products using FIFO
• monitor dates, storage conditions, and temperature logs
• maintain clean displays and work areas
• follow food safety and sanitation standards
• operate scales, wrappers, scanners, and basic cutting tools safely
• monitor inventory and communicate product needs
• collaborate with teammates and other departments.
