What you'll do

• Manage assigned customer accounts and proactively support adoption, engagement, account health, and renewals
• identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with sales
• lead customer check-ins, business reviews, training conversations, and issue resolution
• analyze customer data, usage, feedback, and goals to guide account plans and risk response
• coordinate with implementation, support, sales, product, and leadership teams.
