Hotel Maintenance Technician

The Hotel Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Tampa, FL. Pay is $14–$17 per hour. The role maintains hotel guest rooms, public areas, equipment, and grounds to support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests and employees. The technician performs preventive maintenance and repairs, responds to guest requests and emergencies, and keeps maintenance records and supplies organized. The work helps keep hotel facilities and building systems in serviceable condition.

What you'll do

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and grounds
• perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems
• repair plumbing fixtures and leaks, drywall, paint, doors, locks, flooring, lighting, and furniture
• respond to guest requests and emergency repairs
• maintain pool equipment if applicable
• coordinate specialized repairs with vendors
• maintain logs, work orders, and tool and supply inventory
• follow OSHA and hotel safety standards.
