Emerging Restaurant Manager

The Emerging Restaurant Manager role is onsite in Fredericksburg, VA. Pay is $20–$24 per hour. The role is with Chick-fil-A Spotsylvania Towne Centre, a locally operated restaurant that supports the Fredericksburg community and is developing future leaders through mentorship and hands-on training. The manager-in-development learns restaurant operations, progresses into shift leadership, and takes on broader responsibility as readiness is demonstrated. The role contributes to restaurant performance by developing team members, improving operational systems, and supporting the restaurant’s growth.

What you'll do

• Learn front- and back-of-house operations
• build relationships with a team of approximately 30
• develop into running shifts and leading team members
• learn labor, staffing, guest experience, and performance metrics
• coach and develop shift leaders and team members
• take ownership of operational systems
• use metrics and feedback to improve performance
• partner with the Owner/Operator on restaurant priorities.
