The Business Analyst — Product & Technology is a hybrid position requiring four days per week onsite in McLean, VA. The annual starting salary is $120,000–$135,000. Pansophic Learning develops educational content, technology, teaching, and school solutions to support students and educators. The analyst investigates business needs and translates them into practical requirements and scalable solutions for products, services, and operational processes. The role connects business stakeholders with technical teams through analysis, documentation, validation, and implementation support.
What you'll do
- Analyze business problems, workflows, system functionality, and data flows
- lead discovery with stakeholders and subject-matter experts
- assess solution options, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs
- document requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows
- collaborate with software development, UX, QA, curriculum, and operations teams
- develop test scenarios and participate in functional validation and user acceptance testing
- support implementation, training, and rollout
- and analyze educational content, LMS, SIS, publishing, and distribution workflows.
