What you'll do

• Model the organization’s mission, vision, values, and culture
• support onboarding and orientation with Human Resources and Nursing leadership
• mentor new employees and coach preceptors
• provide a channel for employee feedback
• support recognition and morale initiatives
• participate in the Sunshine Committee
• encourage quality improvement and support QAPI, Kaizen, and continuous improvement efforts.
