What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries across phone, text, email, video, social media, internet leads, and walk-ins
• understand customer needs
• build relationships and follow up
• learn new and pre-owned inventory
• compare vehicles and conduct demonstrations and test drives
• guide customers through sales and delivery
• maintain CRM records
• complete manufacturer training
• stay current on products and market trends
• organize vehicle displays and inventory.
