What you'll do

• Represent clients in real estate, landlord-tenant, and other civil disputes
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal documents
• conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies
• handle discovery and assist with depositions and trial preparation
• appear in court and administrative proceedings
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• negotiate settlements.
