The Maintenance Technician — Apartment Community role is an onsite position in Broadview Heights, OH, paying $22–$24 per hour. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. The technician supports NM Residential’s apartment community and helps maintain its physical condition and resident service standards. The role exists to keep building systems and apartments safe, functional, and ready for residents. It handles repairs and work orders, prepares vacant units, maintains grounds, and responds to scheduled on-call emergencies while following applicable laws and company standards.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance, painting, and drywall issues
• prioritize and complete resident work orders
• prepare vacant units
• maintain exterior grounds, including snow removal and pool maintenance
• conduct property walk-throughs
• perform scheduled on-call duties and respond to emergency requests
• attend required meetings and training.

Why this role
