Research Assistant, Clinical Trials

The Research Assistant, Clinical Trials role is onsite in Philadelphia, PA, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Pay is $21–$25 per hour. Flourish Research conducts clinical trials across areas including cardiology, metabolic disorders, renal disease, oncology, central nervous system conditions, pulmonology, and vaccines. The assistant supports clinical research staff with protocol-specified visits and procedures, study documentation, informed consent, recruitment, and trial materials. The work helps research sites meet enrollment, data-quality, compliance, and participant-care requirements.

What you'll do

• Support clinical research coordinators and site staff with protocol-specified visits and procedures
• document assessments and study data
• obtain and document informed consent
• support recruitment and scheduling
• maintain source documentation and case report forms
• report adverse events
• manage study supplies and lab kits
• maintain confidentiality and compliance
• communicate study information with the research team.

Why this role

Clinical research experience and at least two years of experience are required; oncology research experience is preferred; a bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
