What you'll do

• Source candidates through social media, Indeed, and Carvana’s website
• conduct phone screenings and interviews
• provide resumes and screening notes to hiring managers
• assess talent, skills, role fit, and culture fit
• manage candidate expectations during background checks
• build relationships with hiring leaders
• and advise on hiring strategies.
