What you'll do

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and briefs in state and federal courts
• prepare discovery requests and subpoenas
• review and organize documents and oversee e-discovery workflows
• conduct legal research and prepare memoranda and trial exhibits
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court clerks
• attend and argue routine motions
• support partners at depositions and hearings
• collaborate on case strategy, timelines, budgets, and deadlines.
