What you'll do

• Engage members and participants professionally
• greet participants and learn their names
• respond to questions and comments and follow up as needed
• inform members about classes and changes
• maintain or report issues with water-area equipment
• redirect cell-phone use to the front lobby
• incorporate YMCA values and explain its mission and goals
• comply with policies and procedures
• attend required trainings, seminars, and meetings.
