What you'll do

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate commercial agreements, especially sell-side customer contracts
• identify legal and commercial risks and develop practical solutions
• advise on commercial and customer matters
• conduct legal research and create guidance, templates, and playbooks
• manage outside counsel and legal service providers
• contribute to Legal Department initiatives
• and provide cross-functional support.
