What you'll do

• Prospect and engage new customers within assigned routes and refer qualified leads to Sales
• provide customer service and build customer relationships
• communicate with decision-makers and resolve service concerns
• follow service procedures for installations, deliveries, and account management
• maintain inventories, route books, and customer files
• handle payments, credits, and change orders
• monitor accounts and report feedback or competitive activity
• upsell services and promote products
• inspect and maintain the vehicle
• load and unload products and move carts
• comply with safety and company policies
• support service team members as a relief driver.
