The Supported Living Services Program Manager works onsite across Chico, Oroville, and Paradise, CA. What you'll do

• Lead services for two residential homes
• coach, mentor, and develop Direct Support Professionals and Support Coordinators
• support person-centered services and individuals’ goals
• respond to emergencies and guide staff
• complete documentation and maintain regulatory and policy compliance
• coordinate schedules, approve timecards, and maintain attendance records
• partner with families, conservators, Far Northern Regional Center, HR, and managers
• provide hands-on training and support in the homes.

Why this role

Rotating one-week on-call schedule every 4–5 weeks, Friday 6:00 PM through the following Friday 8:00 AM; full-time, 40 hours per week.
