What you'll do

• Assess resident care needs and oversee care programs.
• Ensure compliance with nursing policies and regulations.
• Conduct rounds, address concerns, and lead quality assurance efforts.
• Manage staffing, training, and performance evaluations.
• Participate in budgeting and resource planning.
• Represent the nursing department in the Director of Nursing’s absence.
