What you'll do

• Oversee the Social Services Department according to NASW Code of Ethics.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Foster a climate that maximizes patient individuality and independence.
• Supervise Social Services staff.
• Measure outcomes to interventions and departmental productivity.
• Complete psychosocial assessments for patients.
• Ensure discharge goals are identified and documented.
• Educate staff regarding psychosocial needs of patients and families.
