Rental Service Agent

What you'll do

• Greet and assist customers from vehicle checkout through return
• process rental agreements, payments, and reservations using rental management systems
• offer vehicle upgrades, insurance coverage, and additional services
• inspect vehicles for damage and pickup readiness
• resolve customer concerns
• coordinate with lot staff on vehicle availability and staging
• maintain records and follow company policies.
