What you'll do

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and property staff
• follow site security procedures and emergency response activities
• respond professionally to incidents and access issues
• conduct routine and random patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, grounds, and perimeter
• monitor activity and document incidents, unusual conditions, and policy violations
• maintain daily activity reports.
