What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and equipment
• maintain an orderly dish room
• clean kitchen machines and work areas
• prepare back-of-house areas for the next shift
• receive and store deliveries as needed
• sweep and mop floors
• remove trash and recycle
• report accidents, equipment issues, or food-safety concerns
• complete closing duties.

Why this role
