Clinical Dietitian, Pediatric Specialty Care

The Clinical Dietitian role is onsite in Webster, TX, on a day schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Compensation is not specified. The position provides nutritional care to pediatric patients in a specialty-care setting. The dietitian assesses nutritional needs, develops individualized care plans, and educates patients and families. Ongoing reassessment and plan adjustments help address nutritional risk and support patient care throughout treatment.

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nutrition care plans
• perform age-appropriate assessments for patients at nutritional risk
• provide diabetes management and nutrition education
• adapt plans to patients’ economic, social, cultural, and age-related needs
• reassess patients and adjust plans
• educate patients and families
• assess learning needs and readiness
• participate in developing and reviewing patient education materials and department resources.
