Program Assistant — After-School Learning Center

The Program Assistant role is onsite in Baltimore, MD, part-time, from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Compensation is $17–$19 per hour. The role supports U.S. Dream Academy’s Learning Center and its work empowering young people through academic support, character development, and mentoring. The assistant works directly with elementary and middle school students during after-school programming, providing academic help and enrichment while maintaining a safe, welcoming, structured environment. The role contributes to students’ academic and personal growth through daily routines, positive relationships, and collaboration with program staff and families.

• Work directly with students during daily after-school programming
