What you'll do

• Assist with residential rehabilitation, remodeling, and repairs
• replace windows
• install cabinets, doors, trim, and baseboards
• assist with water heater installation as permitted
• perform light plumbing and electrical repairs within code
• paint
• repair drywall and plaster
• install subfloor and assist with flooring preparation
• coordinate with other trades and vendors
• maintain a clean, safe work area
• communicate with supervisors and contractors.
