What you'll do

• Oversee residential closing and pre-closing operations across five business divisions
• lead and develop four Team Leads
• partner with the COO on strategy, staffing, performance, process improvement, and growth
• monitor capacity, productivity, quality, pipeline health, and service levels
• improve workflows and scalability
• support compliance and controls
• and serve as a senior escalation point for clients and stakeholders.
