What you'll do
- Answer resident signal lights
- assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
- serve and collect food trays and assist residents with feeding
- transport residents by wheelchair or wheeled cart or assist them to walk
- turn and reposition residents
- take and record vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight as directed
- complete documentation.
