What you'll do

• Show apartments and seek leases at optimum rent levels
• greet prospects
• convert walk-ins, calls, and emails into leases or appointments
• maintain waiting lists and follow up with applicants
• screen applicants by requesting and reviewing credit, employment, and rental references
• prepare leases and conduct move-in orientations
• handle renewals, extensions, subleases, and vacating notices
• maintain resident renewal and move-in lists
• solicit resident feedback
• support resident programs and retention
• maintain leasing-office files and supplies
• answer phones
• inspect vacant and ready units
• address resident complaints
• collect delinquent rent
• and support promotional events.
