What you'll do

• Network with providers and agencies to support follow-up and care services in the OB/IP department
• coordinate outpatient, specialty, and external clinic appointments and confirm travel arrangements
• obtain medical records and verify completeness before forwarding to Health Information Management
• process referrals from NSHC and specialty providers and track them through Cerner Referral Management.
