What you'll do

• Oversee property operations and staff
• maintain Fair Housing, HUD, and LIHTC compliance
• manage resident relations, recertifications, inspections, occupancy, rent collections, and delinquency control
• coordinate maintenance
• monitor budgets and financial performance
• oversee outreach and customer service
• prepare reports
• supervise and develop staff
• attend court proceedings as necessary
• serve on call as scheduled or necessary.
