What you'll do

• Provide companionship
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed
• offer medication reminders
• prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary

• provide transportation and accompany clients
• support clients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease
• observe and report changes in condition
• assist with mobility and transfers.
