The analyst maintains freight and vendor data, reviews invoices, tracks savings, and prepares spend, bid, and performance analyses. This work provides Procurement leadership with accurate information and follow-up to support sourcing and operational decisions.

What you'll do

• Create and maintain freight locations and orders in Uber Freight TMS
• review freight invoices and update costs, dates, and surcharges
• maintain freight and markup tracking and report savings
• coordinate vendor and carrier exceptions
• support freight lane bids
• analyze local and direct vendor spend
• assist with sourcing and contracting documentation
• maintain distributor scorecards and compliance reporting.
