The advisor manages repair orders from the initial customer conversation through completion and invoicing. Clear estimates, approvals, coordination, and proactive updates help keep commercial vehicle repairs moving and customers informed, supporting vehicle reliability and reduced downtime.

What you'll do

• Manage commercial fleet repair orders from intake through completion and invoicing
• prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations
• obtain documented customer or fleet-management approvals
• coordinate priorities and status with technicians and shop leadership
• update customers on progress, estimate changes, and delays
• track estimates, approvals, and open orders
• recommend preventive maintenance and needed repairs
• maintain accurate repair documentation
• review completed orders and communicate at vehicle delivery.
