What you'll do

• Oversee shelter family services and HUD-funded housing advocacy programs
• supervise and coach advocates and interns
• manage HUD program operations and compliance
• coordinate healing-centered family activities and access to resources
• support shelter operations and staff coverage
• lead program development and evaluation
• maintain a small trauma-informed case-management caseload
• and coordinate with community organizations and service providers. Participate in the Summit Shelter supervisor on-call rotation.
