What you'll do

• Coordinate nationwide load pickups and deliveries
• track freight and address potential delays
• communicate with drivers, customers, and brokers
• manage BOLs, PODs, and rate confirmations in the TMS
• source freight through load boards and customer boards
• negotiate rates
• plan legal, HOS-compliant routes
• share rotating evening, weekend, and on-call coverage.
