What you'll do

• Assess patients and implement nursing care plans
• administer medications, monitor responses, and document findings
• notify physicians or nurse practitioners and coordinate care changes
• admit and discharge patients as appropriate
• assist with daily living and mobility
• provide specialized care including gastrostomy tube, urinary catheter, nebulized treatment, wound VAC, CPAP, and tracheostomy care.
