The Director, Retail Convenience role is based in Chicago, Illinois, or Charlotte, North Carolina, with 30–50% travel; compensation is $165,000–$185,000 per year. fairlife is a Chicago-based nutrition company producing dairy and nutrition products, and this role reports to the Head of Convenience Retail and Food Service On Premise. The director leads sales growth with selected convenience retail customers by developing customer plans, managing forecasts and budgets, and identifying opportunities through market and shopper insights. The role coordinates with Coca-Cola customer and bottling teams and fairlife’s internal functions to deliver profitable growth and strong customer relationships.

What you'll do

• Serve as primary sales contact and subject matter expert for selected U.S. convenience customers
• lead annual customer planning and joint business plans
• develop promotional strategies and assortment initiatives
• lead customer forecasting and performance analysis
• identify opportunities using market trends, syndicated data, shopper insights, and category analysis
• build executive-level relationships
• oversee key account sales budgets.
