What you'll do

• Perform basic plumbing, painting, minor electrical, drywall, and deep-cleaning work
• periodically power-wash sidewalks and clean exterior facades. Complete preventive and routine maintenance, work orders, inspections, and repairs
• maintain tools and inventory
• monitor safety systems and energy conservation
• and coordinate room repairs with other departments. The stated schedule is Tuesday and Wednesday, with possible Thursdays.
