Event Coordinator

What you'll do

• Respond to event and large-party inquiries
• book and coordinate birthdays, private parties, Greek events, corporate events, and group gatherings
• build relationships with local businesses and the Columbia community
• identify opportunities to attract events
• help guests select spaces, food, drinks, and event experiences
• coordinate with management, kitchen, bar, VIP, and service teams
• track event details, guest counts, deposits, and requests
• communicate with hosts before events
• attend select events as needed
• follow up with guests after events.
