In-Home Behavior Technician – Autism Therapy

The In-Home Behavior Technician – Autism Therapy role is onsite in Carmel, IN, working with children and families in their homes. Compensation is $20.50–$22.50 per hour based on experience and completion of RBT certification; training is paid at a lower rate. Hopebridge’s clinical setting supports children and families through autism services. The technician helps children build skills, functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness by implementing behavior plans and instructional materials. The role works with Board Certified Behavior Analysts and documents progress to support consistent care and monitor outcomes.

What you'll do

• Create an environment that supports skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness
• learn from Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• review behavior plans and instructional materials and implement them consistently
• monitor outcomes
• complete daily progress notes
• support peer interactions and celebrate client milestones.
