The role also helps maintain orderly work areas and restock supplies so kitchen operations can continue safely and efficiently.

What you'll do

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and smallwares using a commercial dishwasher or three-compartment sink
• store clean dishes and equipment in designated areas
• maintain clean and orderly kitchen work and prep areas, equipment, and utensils
• stock supplies at serving stations, refrigerators, and freezers
• sweep and scrub kitchen and dish-area floors
• clean garbage, compost, and recycling bins
• transfer supplies between storage and workstations.
