What you'll do

• Recruit, interview, and hire seasonal Sales Associates with the Seasonal Area Manager
• lead store staffing, sales, merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention
• meet sales and performance targets
• train and coach associates
• ensure customer engagement standards and policy compliance
• report performance issues and workplace injuries as directed.
