The Accounts Payable Specialist role is an onsite, full-time position in Texarkana, TX, paying $21–$25 per hour. Reliant Healthcare provides specialty infusion care through home infusion, ambulatory infusion centers, and contract pharmacy/340B services; its Finance and Shared Services team supports a growing multi-entity organization. The specialist manages the accounts payable cycle from invoice intake through payment and reconciliation. Accurate processing, controls, and audit-ready records help the finance team support the organization’s growth and transition to NetSuite.

What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices across entities with accurate coding, assignments, and approvals
• perform purchase-order and receiving-document matching
• execute weekly ACH, check, and wire payment runs
• maintain vendor records and verify setup information
• reconcile statements and resolve discrepancies
• support month-end close, accruals, subledger reconciliation, and aging reports
• review corporate card activity
• manage annual 1099 preparation and filing
• support audit requests
• assist new infusion center openings with vendor setup and facility payables
• refine procedures and controls
• and respond to inquiries.

Why this role

Requires 3+ years of full-cycle accounts payable experience, accrual accounting and month-end close knowledge, ERP experience, and Excel proficiency. NetSuite experience is strongly preferred.
