What you'll do

• Prepare the assigned section and learn specials before greeting tables
• greet guests and take food and beverage orders
• send orders accurately to the kitchen
• clear service items and run food and beverages for assigned and other sections as directed
• deliver checks and return payment promptly
• ensure guests are cared for through departure
• assist the Expeditor with food running as needed
• follow cash, check, and credit card procedures and company policies
• complete sidework and cleaning as directed
• work a variety of scheduled shifts, including late hours, holidays, and weekends
• work host/expo shifts on a regular basis as scheduled.
