Seasonal Accounts Receivable Clerk

The Seasonal Accounts Receivable Clerk role is temporary, seasonal, and onsite in Lodi, CA, with pay of $21–$23 per hour. The clerk provides documentation, research, and follow-up support to the accounts receivable and accounts payable teams. Organized, accurate records and timely follow-up help prepare deduction items and claims for analyst review.

What you'll do

• Gather and organize invoices, credit and debit memos, remittance details, proof of delivery, pricing support, agreements, claim backup, and correspondence
• update deduction information and system notes
• monitor shared inboxes, customer portals, and internal requests
• prepare deduction packets for review and routing
• follow up with internal teams, customers, and brokers for missing information
• support reports, audits, claim research, and month-end activities
• maintain organized files
• assist with special projects and data review.
