Production Group Lead

What you'll do

• Supervise employees and production activities
• train employees in safe use of machinery, tools, equipment, and controls
• conduct initial accident investigations and prepare required documents
• coordinate next processes with scheduling
• monitor efficiency, utilization, on-time delivery, and first-pass yield
• record production results and KPIs every two hours
• work with Engineering and the Production Manager on processes
• resolve floor problems through communication with management
• maintain workflow and notify the Production Manager of potential work shortages
• manage inventory accountability
• occasionally operate a forklift to move materials and finished goods.
