Client Success Manager

What you'll do

• Build relationships with property managers and onsite teams
• conduct in-person property visits
• support onboarding, training, and service questions
• identify additional service and revenue opportunities
• partner with Sales to generate and qualify opportunities
• assist with re-orientations
• collect testimonials and feedback
• and document client interactions in the CRM. Local travel within the assigned territory is required, up to 50%.
